In addition to maintaining a stable running speed for the printing machine, the manual feeding landing point should be fixed.
For cardboard with poor flatness, it should be properly handled, such as folding back along one (or both sides) of the cardboard cross-press line. The gap between each guide paper, such as hand pressure feeding, should be consistent. These are important links related to maintaining the stable operation of cardboard and are also important methods for preventing the phenomenon of “running plates.”

The anilox roller is related to the ink transfer performance, and the printing plate is related to the clarity of the printed text and pattern.
The eighth problem that should be paid attention to in the printing of carton packaging is to keep the ink transfer stable.
For this reason, it is necessary to maintain a balanced and stable printing speed. The printing speed is related to the ink transfer state, so it must be run evenly, not too fast or too slow. It is also important to maintain a balanced paper feed and prevent any gaps in paper feeding. Only in this way can the ink printing machine maintain a stable ink transfer state, which is crucial for maintaining consistent ink printing color.
The ninth problem that should be paid attention to in the printing of carton packaging is to minimize the number of overprinting.
The more times of overprinting, the more serious the decrease in the compressive strength of carton packaging.
